Returns

We offer a 14-day return window beginning on the day you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn or unused

  • With original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Once a return address is provided, items must be shipped back within 14 days. Returns sent after this period will not be accepted.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Note: Items marked as "final sale" or purchased with discounts are not eligible for return.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find your item to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, gift cards and final sale items are not eligible for return.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Items must still meet the eligibility requirements stated above.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@basktheori.com.

Important: If an exchange is accommodated instead of a return, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
